• Manage daily production activities on the assigned line
• Ensure production targets and timelines are met
• Monitor quality standards and reduce rework
• Handle manpower allocation and attendance on the line
• Coordinate with supervisors, QC, and production team
• Maintain discipline, safety, and smooth workflow on the line
• Report daily production status to the Production Manager
